The Fleming Fernand Huts was born on 18 June 1950. He spent much of his life wit hin a radius of 800 meters in Antwerp. Later he studied law at KU Leuven and man agement training (MBA) under Professor Vlerick at Ghent University. Thereafter, Fernand amused himself as an entrepreneur. He worked in politics as a Liberal me mber of parliament (VLD). And since he also has a lot of free time, he writes bo oks and is deeply involved in art and culture.
